For some reason, I had always wanted a Miata. I saw a few TikToks about them and was hooked. When I saw an Instagram post for a Miata-specific car meet, I knew I had to make the drive and go.

Seeing them in person, especially this green NA with the tan interior, made it real. Three days later, I bought my own ’96.

I didn’t know yet how good these cars are on track. I only figured that out after I got one, and that’s where this road started.
