In June 2025, I went to Japan, the country where the Miata was born. One of the places I wanted to see most was Daikoku PA, the parking area near Yokohama that’s famous for its late-night car meets.
Seeing pristine NAs there, like this one a local had kept perfect, was a reminder of how much these cars mean to people around the world. Between Daikoku, tuned cars under Tokyo Tower at night, and cruising the highway alongside them, I got to see Japanese car culture up close, and it made me appreciate mine even more.
