Three days after the meet, I bought my first car: a ’96 Miata from a family friend. It was in pretty good condition, with better paint than it has now, and the price was really good. The only thing it really needed was a new soft top.
The funny part is that I bought it before I could legally drive, and before I even knew how to drive stick. I just remember being really excited.
