First Track Day: Driving

A few months after riding along, it was my turn. On March 1, 2025, I took my own Miata on track for the first time, with the roll bar in and the suspension I’d installed.

Everything I’d watched from the passenger seat, the lines, the braking points, the speed, I now had to do myself. It was the moment the car went from a project in the garage to something I actually drove on track.
